Cancellation & Refund Policy

This explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work across our services. Please read it before making a payment — paying means you agree to it.

01 Website development & maintenance

The website development fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable once work has commenced.

To begin the project, you must provide or transfer your domain to Joya Growth so we can configure, launch and maintain your website.

If you subscribe to our monthly website maintenance plan, payments are made in advance on a monthly rolling basis and are non-refundable.

If you cancel your maintenance plan

You have two options:

We continue maintaining your website until the end of your current billing period, after which the service ends.
We stop maintenance immediately and transfer control of the website and domain back to you where applicable. No refund is issued for the remainder of the billing period.

02 Google Ads management

Our Google Ads management service is billed monthly in advance on a rolling basis. Monthly management fees are non-refundable once payment has been received.

If you cancel

You may either:

Continue receiving our management until the end of your current billing period.
Have us stop immediately, at which point we hand over your Google Ads account. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the month.

Please note: Google Ads advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google and is entirely separate from our management fee. We never take or hold your ad budget.

03 App development

Custom app development is a one-time project. Once payment has been made and development has commenced, the payment is non-refundable.

04 App maintenance

App maintenance is charged monthly in advance on a rolling basis. Monthly maintenance payments are non-refundable once paid.

If you cancel your maintenance plan

You may either:

Continue receiving maintenance until the end of your current billing period.
Have maintenance stop immediately. No refund is issued for the remainder of the month.

05 General

All recurring services are provided on a monthly rolling basis with no long-term contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By making payment, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable one-time or monthly charges, and understand that payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or the billing period has begun.

Your cancellation rights. For one-time development work, you agree that we begin work at your request as soon as payment clears, and you understand this means giving up the 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply to online purchases. Where we have not yet begun work, that right still applies and you may cancel for a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights if a service is not carried out as agreed.
